Individual sessions

  • All services occur via telehealth using a secure and confidential HIPAA compliant platform. A telehealth link will be provided for you to access sessions virtually for appointments.

  • Diagnostic Assessment- Our first session includes an initial diagnostic assessment. We’ll discuss what you would like from therapy, and I’ll ask you questions about yourself and your life to gather background information and assess mental health symptoms. We’ll also identify at least one goal for treatment that will guide our work together.

  • Individual Therapy- Follow up sessions are individual therapy sessions to address your needs and treatment goals.


session Format options

There are three formats available for therapy sessions: video, audio, and live messaging. Please note that if you are using insurance, it is important to verify your coverage by contacting your insurance provider. Some insurance plans may require teletherapy sessions to be conducted in a specific format — such as video or in-person sessions — in order to be covered or reimbursed.

  • Video teletherapy session (real-time audiovisual communication)

    * All initial Diagnostic Assessment sessions will require video format, including prior to ongoing audio or live messaging sessions.

  • Audio teletherapy session (real-time audio communication)

  • Live Messaging teletherapy session (real-time, instant messaging/typed communication)

    *Live Messaging sessions may not be eligible for reimbursement through health insurance— even with a superbill. It is offered exclusively as a self-pay option at this time.
